MGM Digital Asset Management Strategy & Implementation

Description

Assessed all usage of digital assets within MGM and interviewed stakeholders on usage, frequency and the existing proprietary repository. Created a full migration plan and audit of all use cases and workflows. Provided a detailed presentation on best practices, controlled vocabulary gaps, naming conventions, folder caps, metadata schemes and search filters and the actual migration effort.

Provided a new workflow and governance guide for all assets within the company and vendor usage externally.
